At Latch, I was able to really hone in on my design skills. Everything about the company was forward-thinking and tech-wise, and I had the opportunity to really explore the complexity of design. Furthermore, the mentorship from higher-ranking people in my department was a great experience, and I learned a lot. The pay was pretty good too, which was a plus.
