Description: This position is responsible for designing, developing, and managing the process for producing Valens Semiconductor's semiconductor products. This includes supporting production requirements and making process improvements to increase yields, reduce costs, and enhance Quality standards. Candidates will also lead the development and implementation of process equipment while maintaining detailed documentation of their processes.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field and 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity in the semiconductor industry or related field. Working knowledge of Electronics Process Engineering and exposure to semiconductor device physics essential. Working knowledge of statistical techniques and root cause analysis a must.
