Data Scientist

Description: The Data Scientist at Telus International works with and analyzes large volumes of data to generate unified customer profiles to inform customer-focused and organizational decisions. The role is responsible for developing, documenting and deploying data analysis models, creating customer segments and refining customer experience.
Qualifications / Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science or a related field of study; Knowledge of data analysis and manipulation procedures, analytical skills and understanding of customer segmentation and customer profiling; Expertise in data science and deep learning technology; Experienced with MongoDB and/or SQL.
