I was feeling overwhelmed as a new programmer on the Nutanix team, but I had an amazing manager who was incredibly supportive and made sure I felt confident taking on bigger challenges. I really enjoyed how supportive and nurturing the culture was, and never had much trouble getting the help or resources I needed when I needed them.
