Description: The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the engineering software development processes in our research, development and production divisions. The ideal candidate for this job has a minimum of five years of experience in software engineering and must be able to quickly and proactively identify and resolve software related issues. The Software Engineering Manager will lead our software engineering team, communicate tasks to the staff and make sure the projects meet our technological goals.
Qualifications / Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; experience in software engineering; knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and software design; experience in software life cycle and object-oriented development; ability to recruit, mentor and lead software engineering teams.
