Description: Responsible for leading and managing the design, development and deployment of software solutions for American Well. Manage a team of individuals to ensure the solutions are delivered in a timely and systematic fashion.

Description: Responsible for the verification and validation of software products at American Well. Design and create test strategies, plans and scenarios. Conduct manual and automation testing to ensure the software meets business and technical objectives.

Cloud Systems Administrator

Description: Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the cloud infrastructure at American Well. Install, configure and maintain cloud services, applications and systems. Monitor performance and troubleshoot any issues as necessary.
