Description: A Software Developer will be responsible for developing computer systems, applications, middleware and tech platforms for eGain's products, services and solutions. The Software Developer will play an integral role in the development and delivery of innovative, customer-centric technology solutions. This involves creating and testing code and identifying areas needing refining and improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements: A successful Software Developer must have a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, in addition to 5+ years of software development experience, experience with software and hardware engineering, Microsoft technology, and a thorough knowledge of design software.
