I've been with Frontier for about 5 years now and have had the pleasure of receiving the benefits of their innovative spirit. They're always striving to be ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest technological breakthroughs and I was able to play a small part in the development of a new product. I found it particularly rewarding to learn from my colleagues who had more experience than me, and I always felt comfortable taking initiative at Frontier. 5 star rating.
