Software Engineer

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 40 hours per week
Average Salary (yearly in dollars unless noted): $100,000 per year
Description: The Software Engineer is responsible for understanding Inpixon's requirements, developing software solutions to meet those requirements, spotting opportunities and trends in their solutions, and improving existing systems. This individual will also take part in creating technical documentation, performing debugging and code reviews, and ensuring that all requirements for effectiveness, scalability, performance, reliability, and security are met.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering degree and/or equivalent experience, proficient in coding with at least one mainstream language (C, C++, Java or Python), experience working with databases to track and store data, experience managing software teams and/or working and/or leading large-scale project implementations

Data Analyst

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 45 hours per week
Average Salary (yearly in dollars unless noted): $115,000 per year
Description: The Data Analyst promotes the use of Inpixon's data by illustrating and elaborating on data sources and potential uses. They will create data models for analyzing big data and identify key trends and problems that are worth further investigation. The Data Analyst will be required to stay up to date on best practices, develop and maintain analytic solutions, support and integrate these solutions in existing systems and provide data insights to project stakeholders.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering degree and/or equivalent experience, two to three years working with data applications and databases, the ability to design, develop, and maintain data models, experience with cross functional analysis and processing, and an understanding of software development best practices.

Security Engineer

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 40 hours per week
Average Salary (yearly in dollars unless noted): $100,000 per year
Description: The Security Engineer is responsible for all operational security aspects at Inpixon. This includes monitoring security systems and networks for intrusion, responding to security alerts and messages, resolving security-related issues, conducting system and network security reviews, providing security guidance and support, and developing and executing system security plans.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering degree, and/or equivalent experience, two to three years of security engineering experience, strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, server and network security tools, ability to write scripts to automate security tasks, experience with security protocols, standards and certification, such as ISO 9001

Cloud Solutions Architect

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 45 hours per week
Average Salary (yearly in dollars unless noted): $120,000 per year
Description: The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for proactively identifying, designing, building, and integrating optimal cloud based solutions for Inpixon. They make sure implementations are tailored to each customer’s needs and goals, hosting performance optimization, and maintenance. The Cloud Solutions Architect is also responsible for managing the building blocks of cloud computing, such as storage, networking, and databases.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering degree, and/or equivalent experience, proficient coding with at least one mainstream language (C, C++, Java or Python), effective communication, analytical problem solving, two to three years of experience working with cloud services, and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.

Network Engineer

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 40 hours per week

Description: The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and monitoring of the entire network for Inpixon. This individual will also be responsible for developing new network strategies and providing strategic guidance to other teams.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering degree, and/or equivalent experience, experience with router, LAN and/or WAN configuration, thorough understanding of network security, experience with a range of network tools and applications, able to plan and implement network architectures, and knowledge of network protocols and best practices.

DevOps Engineer

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 45 hours per week
Average Salary (yearly in dollars unless noted): $110,000 per year
Description: The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining Inpixon’s continuous integration and delivery platform. They focus on reducing the turnaround time and onboarding time of the developers, while increasing the quality and reliability of Inpixon’s product.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering degree, and/or equivalent experience, experience with Linux/UNIX systems, strong scripting abilities with Bash, Python or Shell, knowledge of various open source frameworks, DevOps and agile processes, and understanding of cloud-based IT infrastructure, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
