I have prior experience both in programming and design, and was extremely impressed by Nuvei’s level of expertise in these areas. The team structure is very flat and hierarchal, but also allows for expertise to be valued. I have never encountered any issues with communication or understanding between my team and management. I have fortunately be able to discover more advanced programming languages and hone my design skills.

I have been working with the IT team at Nuvei for almost a year and I love it. Each person is in charge of their own projects, so everyone is able to work on the stuff they are interested in.
