Working at Pear has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The atmosphere is both professional and fun, and the work we do feels like it actually means something. The technical positions are challenging and dynamic, and you have the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of people with mental health conditions. The team is small enough that you have the opportunity to learn, as well as work on both bigger and smaller-scale projects. For me, it’s been a great opportunity to hone my coding and design skills while feeling like I’m making a difference. I highly recommend Pear!

Pear has been an immensely rewarding experience and a great use of my technical skills. Working with a smaller team is a great way to be involved in projects from the beginning to end, and see the impact that each project has on the community. I largely work as a programmer, but have had the opportunity to help out with design as well. Every day there is something new to learn or experiment with, and my time here has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend it!
