Before I started working in the Technology department at Spotify, I had heard great things about the company and its culture. I was not disappointed! I quickly noticed that the culture was fun, laid back, and still serious about getting work done and staying ahead of the market. The team I'm a part of is passionate, communicative, and motivated to put out the best products. We have full autonomy to explore our ideas which allows us to keep pushing the boundaries. I'm proud to work for Spotify and I'd definitely recommend it.
