I've worked at TomTom since I finished university, and it has been an incredible experience. The Learning and Development opportunities are outstanding, and I receive frequent training and support to enhance my skills. The company really values employee innovation and encourages their employees to think outside the box and develop original ideas. Management always listens to ideas, responds quickly to feedback, and provides clear direction. The environment feels family-like and rather than bosses, I have supportive mentors. I also like that TomTom values diversity, brings people from all different backgrounds, and actively support ‘women in tech’ initiatives.

I have had the pleasure of being employed with the design team at TomTom for the past couple of years. The company is always on the lookout for emerging trends, technologies and partnerships that can potentially further their products - and this is rather inspiring for its employees. They rely heavily on the team culture – everybody’s ideas, feedback and perspectives are heard and taken into account. There is room to experiment, make mistakes and learn from them. All in all, I'm proud to be part of TomTom!
